I've noticed the first three, or maybe even four, Strictly contestants have just been announced. We need to be on to this when the series starts in the Autumn!
Angela Rippon is 78, wow! The young man is the usual Sylvia Young, Italia Conti trained entry and he wants a male partner. The other lady I remember from Mr. Selfrdidge a while ago.
Bring it on!

Is the Mr Selfridge lady the ex partner of Martin Freeman? Looks like her. Not sure of her name- Annabel ……?

Amanda Abbington, but yes, think she is his ex.

Krishnan Guru Murthy is doing strictly too this year. I've always liked Amanda Abington.

Angela Rippon was an excellent dancer too. She trained in classical ballet and can do the splits.

I feel sorry for anyone starting from scratch!

Yay Joseann I'm here!

Well done Angela Rippon for even attempting Strictly. I know she's had dancing training but she's in her late 70s after all.

I heard Krishnan Guru Murthy interviewed by Claudia W. on Radio 2 this morning. It doesn't sound as if he has had any dance training at all.

Looking forward to hearing who the other contestants will be. With the weather like it is, it feels like autumn already!
