I have just noticed that they are showing this on regular T.V. now, after being on Prime. I can recommend it, based on a young teacher, who is really keen, working with other teachers, who are a bit jaded. The humour is subtle, which for an American series is unusual, along with laugh out loud stuff.
There are a couple of series to watch, and a 3rd series is about to air. Has anyone else watched it?

I've watched it as well, and do find it witty. Quinta Brunson, who plays the main character is also the producer and creator of the show.

The show takes advantage of 'breaking the fourth wall', or sending deadpan looks directly to the audience. It is perhaps a bit of a gimmick, but it does bring sympathy from the audience to the characters.

As a fan of The Office (and Parks and Rec!), I'm obligated to at least try any new mockumentary that comes around. Thanks for sharing this, first time I hear of this show
