That particular Tena ad almost has me shouting at the tv- it's dreadful. My pet hate atm is for Pure Cremations (or similar) where mum tells son that's what she wants and that she's looked at the reviews. Who wrote the reviews - the client?
When the mother says (about not having a funeral) that no-one likes funerals. Didn't lockdown show that they're an important part of the grieving process, and that there's a need to get together, share, reminisce and perhaps cry?
But what's mental health compared to someone making a profit?
We have stopped having funerals in our family and nobody’s mental health is suffering. It’s a blessed relief, much better. If people want to get together they can always have a meal out for family and close friends. That’s what we did when my father died. He had left his body to medical research. We could have had it returned for a funeral but he wouldn’t have wanted that.
Sorry, a bit off-topic.
I haven’t seen the advertisement.
