Nothing about Dev rings true. Someone with his 'seven corner shops' would be unlikely to live on Coronation Street and work in one of them. He would never have paired up with Bernie.

Apparently he has several children. Sunita left him for a while when she found out that he had children and grandchildren (?) but AFAIK the only one we've seen is Amber. She was mentioned recently, so I guess that will mean she'll be making an appearance some time soon.

The elephant was a trinket given to Bernie's child by Bernie when he was adopted. That young man did not admit he was adopted but he obviously was.

It is a tad far stretched he knows Lauren but sorry, I forgot it is Corrie.

I fell asleep for last 10 mins. Can somebody please explain about the elephant? Thanks

Sorry, not in a million years would vain, snobby Dev fancy rough-and-ready Bernie, who speaks about ‘going for a wass’. Would he really take her with him to golf or business type events?

Anyway, he has a poor track record with absent children. What about his daughter who turned up a few years ago, then they had a fallout or similar, only to disappear again?

And he has conveniently stayed fairly local, not emigrated to New Zealand or Canada, as seems to happen in Long Lost Family.

I think he will reappear again, to find not only has he inherited Bernie and Denny, but also a gobby sister, a dying brother and several nephews and nieces.

Perhaps just leave the elephant in the drawer….

Sair khan had a baby boy days after leaving corrie so 3 months old now.

what we see on screen is filmed 3 months ago. That's how it runs.

It was her face I noticed first and began to wonder especially when I saw the big bag, bulky coat, pile of files etc

And no one in the street guessed she was pregnant!

She was starting to look a bit chubby in the face, no idea what her tummy was like as she was always in a bulky coat or carrying huge bags.

Alya's had a little boy! Amazing timing. She only set off for Dublin on Wednesday evening. (I know. It's not real!)

I have tried to bump up other threads but there are too many spells and potions. It needs GNHQ to get started, hopefully this week.
