I think the thread title of the other one was misleading to be fair as it said Mr Potts v the post office.

Absolutely shocking especially saying that each were the only people who had a problem. Peoples lives were ruined and they still havnt paid out 20 years later, Shame on them.

Am I missing something? where's the other thread for this? I can't find it. Strange? I thought I saw a link to a petition on it. Only caught up with it last night, absolute rage were my feelings, I knew the bare bones of the situation, so pleased the programme had been made and brought to the public's attention.
