Roux Down the River

Anyone else watching this delightful series on the Food Network? He covers the length of the Thames by boat, visiting eateries and demonstrating traditional recipes in the galley. Michel Roux seems to be a gentle kind person, from a large family of top chefs. A change from some of the loud characters seen on food programmes!
The whole series is available on Discovery+ I think.

I've seen bits of it and it looks very relaxing. I also think Michel Roux is a bit of a smasher.

He's such a gentleman in real life too. I have one of his books where he signed the front page, then said, "I think I'd better add a few kisses for you!"
