Starring Helen McCrory and Fay Ripley, a film on Talking Pictures TV.
Made in 2002 set in post war Britain.
I especially loved the scenes set in the kitchen. So many things my MIL still had in her's when I first met her in the '70's
I really enjoyed it. It was billed as a comedy drama. No belly laughs, but very well done and absorbing.
I would recommend it, especially on a rainy dark day (such as today)
