Devil worship has cropped up from time to time in the UK, I think it was involving another ethnic community not Asian.
Evil exists in the UK for sure, most goes unexposed.

I don’t know anything about this. When was it on?

Im sorry, I think we may be talking at cross purposes here. There was a case or cases whereby children had said something and it preciptated an enquiry and their removal. The accusations were not proven.

This is not connected by the abuse of children by men of Pakastani heritage.

It happened in Orkney too. A bit of mass hysteria going on which badly affected families and traumatised children

Urmstongran

I thought the thread was going to be about the Asian taxi driver rapists. So many of them. Not just Rochdale either. Evil indeed of a different kind.

I thought the same.

Parents are negligent if allowing children to watch gruesome horror films.

zakouma66 oh it was evil in Rochdale right enough. Predatory grooming gangs eventually successfully prosecuted:

I found this programme really upsetting .
I feel so sorry for the families involved .
I hope that they can eventually come to terms with what happened .

I was once called to my son's school by a teacher , who said that we were allowing our son to watch unsuitable programmes and encouraging an unhealthy interest in the occult even Devil worship .
She suggested that he was a disturbed little boy .
I'm a practising Christian and was shocked to the core .
The teacher in question was attached to a mission .
I spoke to the headmistress , who said that she'd had many complaints about her .
She was frightening the Muslim (majority of the class) , Hindu , Buddhist and Sikh children and was asked to leave .
We were fortunate .

I think the Rochdale case was dismissed? As hearsay.

Which channel is this on?

I also watched one about satanic abuse claims in Hampstead- quite harrowing but left me feeling what really happened here? All very strange.

Good grief! I thought it was a plot for a far fetched novel but no, it actually happened. When 2 primary age children made some alarming remarks and named other local children as being involved, Social Services went into overdrive and were convinced that Satanic rituals were being practiced in the local community. If they had investigated these children and their lifestyles they would have found that they were allowed access to horror films, far too gruesome for their young ages. SS removed the named children from their homes and from there obstinately refused to deviate from their belief about Devil worship to the anguish of these children and their families. An upsetting watch but a real eye-opener and a feeling that there for the Grace of God.................
