I don’t think it was Max. I think he’s covering for Lauren thinking it was her. Even though I don’t really think it was her either she does talk a lot about having Frankie taken away from her. I’m doing too much thinking 🤔
Money grows on trees on Coronation Street. Did Max work or was that dole money?
That is a point, he could be covering for Lauren. It was a watchable episode tonight. I am not 100% certain it will be shown on Friday- I thought I read football was to rear its ugly head but I could be wrong
I put my money on Kit. He is bent and I am sure he has killed Joel. How he is going to work Lisa into that scenario is beyond me. Did she ever say truthfully how she acquired the bruises?
Yes, so tonight or Friday, presumably. I’m out tonight so will see it in catch-up later. I’ll be pleased when we are put out of our misery and the villainous baddie is clapped in irons.
Might it be Dev, Aveline? Nobody has suggested that possibility .
If it turns out to be a random taxi driver or someone like that I will scream!
Pat Fealon back from the dead? I hope it’s Kit too. His departure would at least be self-contained, particularly if he’s not really Bernie’s son, as I suspect. If it turns out to be someone like Max there would be repercussions for his family and friends.
The identity of Joel's killer will be revealed this week. However, it will take PC Tinker some time to catch up and arrest the culprit so it won't be the end of the saga. I am going to stick my neck out and pin it on David Platt. He drives a red car and has stolen Damon and Co's money which Damon & Co stole in the first place!!! If I'm right, David won't need to worry about somewhere to live. He will be at His Majesty's pleasure which will prove awkward should Damon & Co mention missing money. Enough there to keep Corrie going for the next 6 months.
I marvel at all the small business owners. Practically every house in the street has one. All except the Gemma one I think. And a few flats do too. Gary and his antiques[does anyone buy anything from there?] Whatever he is called, and his Solicitor business. Nick and the Bistro.
I worry about the security at the factory where anyone can wander in off the street to have a chat. Plus the sewing machinists never have any training and are allowed to eat, drink and chat whilst operating the machines. No wonder all the real factories are in the far east.
Travel insurance does not exist in Corrie.Like all the other things we have to put up with. Apart from being the next murder victim, living in Coronation Street must be Heaven. No worries about being out of work, everyone has a job, with plenty of meal breaks to spend in the cafes and the pub Cancer is cured very quickly Home visits from the GP with whom you get an instant appointment. Everyone seems to have affairs with each other's partners and a blind eye is turned to it all.You can even get a messy divorce but still stay best mates with each other and go on living in the Street. Child minders 24 hours a day whenever required. A one night stand always results in a pregnancy You can even have quads and all live in the same cramped little house. No need to travel out of the Street for anything, everyone works there and the small shops have everything you want. And not forgetting a house or flat instantly available and fully furnished. It must be another planet.
The wages must be very high at the knicker factory, all those large wines after work and gin and tonics and takeaways, they don't even make a cup of tea, just pop round to Roys and buy one. along with their breakfast bap, before their elevenses of cakes from Roys. I have applied for a position there. Think Kit is a controller and obviously bent but think Daisy has his measure. I,oved the way Gail tripped off to Thailand for months, don't know how she got travel insurance with all her emergency hospital stays.
