Her family are all incredibly well spoken and i tease her because she even swears in a really posh accent. She was brought up with wealth, huge houses, nannies etc.

It is inverted snobbery to condemn him for 'speaking posh' yet defend Angela Rayner when she uses common or coarse language.

I was just thinking that. The very same people who defend any criticism of Angela Rayner find it acceptable to criticise JRM.

M0nica, he hasn't "developed" a posh persona, he is posh. His father was editor of the Times newspaper and a life peer. JRM attended Eton and had a thoroughly posh upbringing in a thoroughly posh household.

He is very, very far from a self made man. Although it's fair to say he made considerable gains by switching his hedge fund firm to Dublin in 2018. Thus allowing him to capitalise on European investment and circumnavigating the negative affects of Brexit. So you see he won whatever the outcome which some might say was, at best, hypocritical.

Additionally his wife, Helena who is of aristocratic stock is in line to inherit a fortune of £45 million pounds along with stately homes, land and priceless works of art.

It's not JRM who is making me pay, it's BT (who are now EE). You have to take out one of their paid packages to get certain channels. I must be getting old, all this is getting far too complicated for me.

I watched GBnews for the first time and Mogg was the interviewer. I was surprised, he was polite, but fierce and knew his stuff.
I can't take to him but on this occasion credit where it is due. I detest Farage but I don't like it when posters, Bluebelle, bring looks into it, it as bad as people doing a character assination on Angela Rayner because if her accent and her fashion sense. I believe its inverted snobbery.

I do like JRM, his old fashioned ways and standards and his sense of humour. He has a lovely family too
