The celeb have a voice to complain but do professional dancers have to put up with this sort of treatment. Do they think it is normal?

I'm afraid I'm the sort of person who would speak out if someone treated me badly. Yes, it could be the end of a career but my health is more important. Professional dancers I thought were 'professional' and badly treating 'newbies' is totally unacceptable.
