Matlock: new series with Kathy Bates, on Sky Atlantic

Am also really enjoying it (although I never watched Matlock in the 80s)

Kathy Bates is fantastic in the show. Beau Bridges is also in it.
It is very well acted and well worth watching.

I usually enjoy most things with a Bridges family member in it, from Lloyd downwards. I like Beau in this. I've got another episode to watch today! Lovely.

I thought it was going in one direction then it changed and then changed again. Brilliant plot.

Mind you I spent most of the time admiring her face and how pretty she was. She looks stunning for her age and no caterpillar eyebrows, squinty plastic surgery eyes or trout lips. She has wrinkles and laugh lines so refreshing.

I’m really enjoying this series. So good to see Kathy Bates taking a part which you can relate to. She’s very clever and her grandson adds to the plot and the twists in the cases.
Such a change to have a programme where the language and sex is kept to a minimum and only used where necessary..
Oldies still have their uses and whoever thought up the idea for this programme I want to thank them and I hope it continues.

I was struck by how attractive Kathy Bates has become with age - from the trailer .
She's a wonderful actress.

The young boy playing her grandson is terrific too. He's so natural and doesn't seem to be acting at all. This week's episode really highlights the generational differences towards behaviour in the workplace and was very relevant, especially this week.

Will definitely give this a whirl on these recomendations.
