Yes, current favourites are Paul Sinha’s pub quiz and Mark Steel’s come to town. I think they have both just finished a series though.
Radio 2 is my day-to-day background during the week. I pick and choose from Radio 4 especially at the weekend. I do miss the afternoon dramas, there used to be some crackers but I haven’t tuned in recently as nothing has really appealed.

I listen to LBC and local 3counties.
Love my radio. Yesterday I was on bbc4 extra listening to kenneth williams in an old programme from 1958.....it was brilliant ......made me laugh out loud at the stupid jokes, it was then followed by Hinge and Bracket. I got a phone call halfway through so missed the final part.

I listen to the radio on and off all day. I have been listening to the Willpower detectives, it’s a terrifying story. I enjoy Sliced Bread as well.

*what do you like - (not whatsoever)!

I'm also listening to more podcasts these days foxie.
The dramas are too short now to have any substance I think, Scribbles - whatsoever you like on the radio Graceless?

Welbeck I've heard snatches of it and thought it sounded very interesting and also quite shocking. I tend to wait until I can access all the episodes on BBC Sounds and listen whilst I'm painting, doing jobs round the house or dog walking.

The comedy on the radio is pretty dreadful I'm obviously not their target audience (goodness knows who is) and I'm finding I'm listening to more podcasts these days rather than live programmes.

Anyone listening to
The WillPower Detectives
currently on radio 4 ?
I did try to start a discussion about it but failed to explain it properly.

I've been a radio addict all my life. These days, I listen to a mix of news and current affairs on LBC, R4 and occasionally, GB News. When I want music, it's generally Classic FM or Boom Radio, depending on my mood.
Like NotSpaghetti, I don't find much of the current radio comedy very funny but neither do I enjoy the creaking old comedies churned out on R4 Extra. I wish we could have a contemporary version of The Show with Ten Legs and I'm sorry, I'll read that again which used to have me in stitches.
I'd love to hear some of the old Saturday night dramas again, too.
When all else fails, I enjoy delving among the podcasts and have found all kinds of unexpected, interesting things from poltergeists in Battersea to the workings of the money markets.

I listen to the radio all the time, all over the house and in the car - LBC (particularly Nick Ferrari and Sheila Fogarty); BBC4; BBC Radio Kent; Boom Radio; Radio Caroline (Ray Clark) and others at times. 😊

I like news and factual programmes though - such as "More or Less") - I think The Archers is the only drama I listen to.
Much of the comedy I don't find funny, unfortunately.

I think someone will be along soon with a wider knowledge/interest.

I listen to the radio, Graceless

Mainly radio 4 and LBC but radio 3 a few times a week.

I'm relatively new here but I can't find any discussions on radio programmes (apart from The Archers)

I don't watch TV at all but I'm an avid radio listener and I would love to dicuss programmes with others
