What a story! Why has it taken so long to bring it to our attention. Recognition long overdue.

For decades there were rumours in Birmingham UK about the ‘black women soldiers in the huts’. The huts were on a school playing field and after WW2 became a teacher training college. I wondered why their dedicated work sorting a mountain of undelivered mail for US military in Europe was not better known. At last they have recognition.

We did watch it and really enjoyed it. I'm glad these women were recognized after years and years.

Brilliant film, I had never heard of these amazing ladies.

I enjoyed it. Like most films these days a large pinch of salt is required but it was a true story so bound to be embellished to make it entertaining.

I gave up after about 15 minutes.
I’ve never seen such clean soldiers in a dugout.
Plus there was segregation in schools in Philadelphia in 1942.

Excellent film, enjoyed by all the family as well which is a bonus.
