Anyone seen The Substance with Demi Moore. I have yet to see it, but it looks really good. She is nominated for best actress.

My daughter has seen this. She's 28. She thought it was bizarre! Didn't really enjoy it but her OH liked it.

Yes, it does look bizarre, but interesting. I’ll have to see it and decide!

My teenage grandson and I are keen cinemagoers but he went on his own to see The Substance. He told me he went on his own as he didn't think it was my sort of film. He said an ageing woman is losing her looks and I would know what that was like!!! Out of the mouths of babes.....................

As a keen cinemagoer, I enjoy watching the Oscars. However, what I could do without are Jonathan Ross and his crowd wittering on and dragging this out for hours longer than it needs to be.

I enjoy watching, the chances of me remembering any of the actor's / directors names the next day are zilch, & I've only watched one of this year's films & can't remember who was in that..... but I enjoy the fashion & the razmataz.They're pretty woke in Hollywood too, which is a plus.

Glad you enjoy the fashions. I agree. It’s just all good fun for me. I don’t take Hollywood seriously.

never watched an award show,they always strike me as smug and self congratualary and if the papers the next day are to be beleived populated by people, especally women, who have no dress sense or whta suits them.
