Is anyone joining me for this year's extravaganza?

So far, we've got Chesney Hawkes.

Sorry about the typos in the above post, not at home and mind is on other things.

rafichagran Tue 22-Apr-25 16:25:07

Thanks Keepingquiet I love this programme and a little but of me agree with you about some if the gameplayers who make a living from reality tv, it's tedious and very transparent.

It looks like most of us want Ella, Angelica and Chris out. Chris seems very sulky now, I think he realises that he’s been rumbled. I think JoJo is more genuine, if a little naive. I’m not keen on Jack but it seems most people like him. He seems very miserable and downbeat to me - I don’t really find him funny. He’s not bitchy, but I think he just can’t be bothered! I want Danny to stay. He’s not perfect but he’s funny and interesting- and he’s always ready to apologise when he’s in the wrong.

Parsley3 Tue 22-Apr-25 15:40:55

I want to see Chris being voted off to protect JoJo from his behaviour towards her. That licking thing was gross. Ella is a bitchy baby but I like Danny so I hope he is saved.

Thanks for that post, keepingquiet.

I tell you what, I always like posters who have the ability to apologise, I sometimes fail in that regard.

I'd rather stick pins in my eyes.

What possible contibution have you made to this discussion? You really don't have to read this thread, it's not about what you feel, it is a discussion for people who like this programme.

I agree. I apologise for a moment of boredom and realised afterwards it seemed silly. Back in the day when BB first started I was an avid fan but gradually lost interest, especially when the celebs started.

I haven't watched it for years but people are free to watch whatever they like, just as I am to comment on a public forum.
Enjoy the rest of it but I won't be joining you.

JoJo grew up on reality TV in Dance Moms. I've never seen it but apparently it was tough on the children which must have affected the way JoJo behaves.

I wonder if she nominated Danny in the hopes of saving Chris. I don't think it will work as I'm pretty sure Chris will be evicted tonight with Ella and Angellica.

I can't see what Jack has contributed to the show so would be sad to see him win

Millie22 Tue 22-Apr-25 11:41:39

I find it amazing that Jojo is only 21. She is dealing with all the drama so well.

nanaK54 Tue 22-Apr-25 11:15:44

I was looking forward to the 'face to face' nominations but they turned out to be a bit of a 'hard watch'.

No idea who will be evicted...

I am still very firmly in the 'JoJo fan club' she is so mature for a 21 year old. I didn't like Danny's reaction to her nomination at all. What the heck was Chris doing with the 'lick that off' with the chocolate on his shorts - bit of a prat methinks.

Fliipin' heck Ella - she must have been worn out with all that crying!

Loved Jack 'pondering' in the garden and wonder if he will be the eventual winner?

Feel free. It's not a binary choice though. If there's something else you would rather be doing why not just do that instead?

I would like to see Ella, Angelica and Chris go. For me it is Jack to win, he has his faults but he has not behaved badly or really gossiped like some of the others.

Doodledog Mon 21-Apr-25 22:25:03

I agree that they were over the top. It must be difficult to have to nominate with reasons face to face, and difficult to hear criticism in that way. But they all had to do it, so it's not as bad as hearing something said behind your back when someone is being nice to your face, and as you say, it's a game show.

I thought the twist was rough on Danny, so I've given him all my votes. I do like him the best of the five up for nomination, which I wasn't expecting, as when he went in in drag I thought he was going to be annoying. I'm not a fan of drag though.

Going into the last week I would like Chesney or Jojo to win, I think. I've nothing against Jack - I think he's lost in the edit. I like Ella the least, then Chris, and I don't care either way about Patsy, Angelica or Donna.

rafichagran Mon 21-Apr-25 22:01:05

No sympathy for any of them, crying, and full of angst. These are adults, this is a reality show, they are getting well paid for this and some more than others are game playing. They are behaving like children.
I don't like Chris, and he always looking for airtime, when Mickey was in he was like a parrot, "Mickey" you can't say that. I also feel he instigated that eye balling with Mickey knowing he is volatile, unpredictable, and reactive. I think big brother should have spoken to him as well about it. Although I still feel Mickey should have gone for what he said to Ella and Jo Jo.
Honestly tonight I felt we had a load of Prima Donna's in the house.

I found it funny when I watched today

Parsley3 Mon 21-Apr-25 16:17:02

Watched this today and it was really funny. Danny and Donna had me laughing out loud.

Oh and face to face nominations

Yes! Looking forward to that, too.

Doodledog Mon 21-Apr-25 01:45:48

It was obvious that Jack is a family man, by the way he turned and shouted 'now hey!' to the toddlers in the playpen whilst trying to get the 'seniors' into the diary room. It really made me laugh. Danny was funny as the harassed mother, too. They stole the show.

nanaK54 Mon 21-Apr-25 00:08:44

Oh and face to face nominations

nanaK54 Mon 21-Apr-25 00:08:13

I really enjoyed the task, I especially enjoyed Donna as Grandma!
Triple eviction on Tuesday.

rafichagran Sun 20-Apr-25 23:08:02

I thought the task was funny, my partner was not amused though, I won't say what he said.
The bingo certainly put the cat amongst the pigeons, Chris is certainly upset being called a gameplayer, he so is.
To be honest the more I see of Jack the more I like him. He does not allow others to get him involved in whats going on.

BlueBelle Sun 20-Apr-25 22:59:28

I think the games and tasks have been so childish and boringly silly and the stupid childish couple weeing on the dirt tray says it all 10 year old would behave better

Doodledog Sun 20-Apr-25 22:37:09

This family task is hilarious - particularly Danny 😂
