Celebrity Big Brother - who's in?

Is anyone joining me for this year's extravaganza?

So far, we've got Chesney Hawkes.

L&L is very shouty and camp, but even allowing for that, Tiffany is OTT. I rarely watch a whole episode, as I'm not keen on David Potts either - they all seem to be attention-seeking and annoying.

I assume there will be a new 'guest' next week, though - bring back Nasty Nick grin.

My taste in men has always been questionable, I had quite a soft spot for Nasty Nicksmile

Doodledog Thu 17-Apr-25 11:20:01

I think he would be a good guest. His 'crime' pales into insignificance compared to many of the tactics these days.

They were more innocent times grin

Nasty Nick was in the times when it was a social experiment, now it is full of wannabees and people who know how to play the game.
I have to admit I liked Nasty Nick and did not take him to seriously.

I hadn’t realised that Andrew Tate was on the show a few years ago but was voted out pretty quickly. Which just goes to show that Big Brother fans possess more intelligence than a lot of people…

Andrew Tate was not voted out of the house, he was removed by big brother.

MayBee70 Thu 17-Apr-25 20:51:29

Yes, you’re right. I mis read it.

rafichagran Thu 17-Apr-25 22:25:12

Just put in my 5 votes for Daley.

Really? Good grief!!

I stopped watching the non celeb ones for a few years, but had no idea that her was involved.

As you say, though, I believe that those who participate in reality TV, and those who follow 'soaps' (AKA long-running dramas) engage in an altogether different way than those who drink in viewpoints by watching documentaries. Each to their own, but IMO it doesn't pay to feel superior for being told how to think.

He (as in AT), not 'her'.

Parsley3 Fri 18-Apr-25 10:39:14

It's time for Patsy to go as she is so miserable. I am surprised that the housemates are tolerating Chris and JoJo's bromance as I was expecting them both to be up for eviction this time.
I had to switch off that screeching Tiffany woman yesterday. She is spoiling an entertaining show.

Millie22 Fri 18-Apr-25 21:11:58

Please let it be Patsy.

BlueBelle Fri 18-Apr-25 21:14:45

What’s that presenter wearing? ….. a romper suit.?

Doodledog Fri 18-Apr-25 21:39:50

Her dress sense is 'unusual'.

I've voted for Daley, but I'm not really bothered which of them goes.

BlueBelle Fri 18-Apr-25 22:15:22

I am now realising why I haven’t watched this for years it is incredibly childish and silly and totally banal pity there’s nothing much else on think I ll have to leave you ladies to it I not sure I can manage any more

Anniebach Fri 18-Apr-25 22:35:55

I have tried to get into it but it’s boring

Whethertomorrow Fri 18-Apr-25 22:43:44

Well my cat Merry was absolutely fascinated by the cats tonight. 😺

nanaK54 Fri 18-Apr-25 23:21:10

I rather enjoyed the 'cat task' and their karaoke party looked to be a lot of fun.
Sorry to see Daley out.

crazyH Fri 18-Apr-25 23:27:39

Yes Bluebelle what is she wearing ?

Doodledog Fri 18-Apr-25 23:57:21

I wonder what your cat thought was going on, Whethertomorrow grin

Parsley3 Sat 19-Apr-25 00:22:12

She looked like she was wearing bad fitting incontinence pants. I will miss Daley and I am fed up with Chris.

Doodledog Sat 19-Apr-25 01:31:33

It was a very odd garment. The top half was a trenchcoat and the bottom looked like those pants children used to wear over nappies.

I agree that Chris is a pain. I won't miss Daley as he didn't get enough air time, but I'm pretty sure that if I were in the house I would get along with him better than some of the others.

Doodledog Sun 20-Apr-25 22:37:09

This family task is hilarious - particularly Danny 😂

BlueBelle Sun 20-Apr-25 22:59:28

I think the games and tasks have been so childish and boringly silly and the stupid childish couple weeing on the dirt tray says it all 10 year old would behave better

rafichagran Sun 20-Apr-25 23:08:02

I thought the task was funny, my partner was not amused though, I won't say what he said.
The bingo certainly put the cat amongst the pigeons, Chris is certainly upset being called a gameplayer, he so is.
To be honest the more I see of Jack the more I like him. He does not allow others to get him involved in whats going on.
