I've only had Netflix a few weeks. I started watching The Crown but getting a bit bored, so think I'll try your recommendation, thank you

I loved the first series of The Crown. The back stories were well played and really added value to it. Second series - well, not so much. Then I gave up - Olivia Coleman, historical inaccuracy and way too much dramatic licence completely ruined it for me.

Thanks for the other recommendations - I'm housebound on crutches right now so I'm grateful for any suggestions.

Ah, didn't realise there was a second series - must find it as I enjoyed first one. Just watched The Windermere Children, a poignant reminder of the effects of war.

Last night I finally gave up on a series I'd been watching which started off really well, but skipped to the online reviews to find what happened in the end.

Mind you, I do have very little patience and have a long list of 'finish watching' on Netflix.

Found a lovely film though, 'My Father's Violin' you may enjoy.

I thought this was the best thing on television for a long time when it first came out, I think on BBC.

I don't have Netflix, so won't be watching again for now.
