Went to see Toby Jones and Lesley Manville in ‘Burton’. The story of the teacher who did all he could to get Richard Burton out of his mining village and onto the Stratford stage. It was mesmerising imo.

They featured Holy Trinity church in Stratford where we were married 53 years ago!

Do try and see the film Annie. The acting was superb.

Also I lived in Stratford for about 12 years and I was a regular at the theatre buying the cheapest tickets. My mum is in the Holy Trinity churchyard. Many memories.

I so want to see it NanKate,how wonderful to have lived in
Stratford Upon Avon, so beautiful, the houses, the theatre and the river, I want to go there again.

I live in the area that Richard Burton grew up in they have a lot going on in the area at the moment to celebrate his centenary. Also our local to cinema was able to have the premier of the film.
