Athletes like Caz are so brilliant on Strictly. They listen to constructive criticism and take it on board without going into a sulk.

I think that will hopefully happen in a few weeks' time Grannynannywanny once all the silly excitement from judges and professionals is out of the way. They always whoop things up at the start to garner more ratings, then turn more to the technique aspects.

Anyone else pining for the good old days when the Strictly thread was Strictly fans who enjoyed coming together on a Saturday and Sunday evening to chat about the dancers/performances/costumes etc? ☹️

I’m still enjoying it for the sound of the wonderful live band and singers playing every style of music with impeccable timing.

Sorry to be a killjoy but as much as I love dance I no longer love strictly. Too much hype, too much ego massaging….cant be doing with it.

It would be such a relief to hear someone talking normally. I like both Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman but the OTT judges spoil the programme for me. We decided not to watch this year.
