You will find some old things on Youtube. Channel 4 also has All4 .

I’m watching the 60’s version of Maigret with Rupert Davies on TPTV Encore online. Really good stories and even though it’s old the sets are great for detail. They have just started showing Sergeants Cork which I remembered watching, but it seems a bit stilted in comparison.

I think you can still get Yes Minster and Yes Prime MInister - for me one of the best ever series on TV.

We watch repeats of New Tricks. The old ones with Amanda Redman are the best.

Have watched several old TV series on IPlayer in the last few years. More recently I have discovered some gems on YouTube, Big Deal being the latest with the lovely Ray Brooks.

I do like watching the old programs, I dislike the quiz shows especially if the so called celebrities are on ...

I’ve just been watching Unforgotten,I found it late one night when I couldn’t sleep. It still had Sunny but it wasn’t the same without Nicola Walker as Cassie, and I wasn’t struck on the new cop and her family problems. I enjoyed it though and luckily had forgotten the plots, and no swearing. Now I’m searching for more so thanks for the suggestions.

I thoroughly enjoy watching New Tricks ,Silent Witness and Spooks because I didn't see them the first time round .
I dislike Trevor Eve shouting on Waking the Dead so I don't watch it .
I hate reality ,soaps and dating shows .
Monday night quiz offerings are enjoyable otherwise I 'm not keen on the latest quiz programmes .

Since there is rarely anything on television these days except reality, dating, quiz or antique shows, we have taken to watching old series on IPlayer. These are series that we didn’t watch first time round but now find we enjoy them such as Waking the Dead, Silent Witness and Spooks. Does anyone else enjoy watching these?
