How long have you been with Vodaphone now, *melp1*?
My problem with them is that they start sending out renewal texts/emails long before renewal is actually due and without mentioning a specific date. Also, I have both a mobile phone contract and a broadband contract with them, totally separate from each other ( the mobile contract pre-existed the broadband contract) - their messages don't say which of the two they are referring to. If you are not on the ball, you can end up 'renewing' - always at a higher price - long before it is necessary. Right now I am in this exact situation again right now and am so sick of this that I considering totally ditching them because of it!
