Charity ads

I think, but am not certain, that it is Guide Dogs which offer a cuddly toy and constant communication on how the puppy is doing. Stop wasting money and use it properly!

I also hate to see such levels of neglect in animals. I am usually dining, I find it very upsetting that I end up switching off the TV. I don't know how it should be done, but that for me is not the way.

You give to what charity or no charity that you wish, no matter how many adverts are on tv, and of course the British public have the ability to chose what they want to give to. You can give to British charities if that’s what you want, others might be happy to help others less fortunate in countries with less abilities to help them

The amount of money to actually make the advertisements is another point of contention for me. TV advertising isn’t cheap by any means. Maybe the productions teams get a special rate? Who knows?
I give to certain charities throughout the year and also support a local network who fund raise for local foundations.

Not sure if it is an RSPCA one, but it alludes to the problems they are facing due to the pandemic.

Have you noticed how old some of them are? It is often simply a way to get money from people. It may not be the appeal which benefits.
Personally, I think the British public should be free to choose which cause they support and the government should stop sending huge sums of money to countries where it is often used for the wrong purposes.
