Fiona was on the Welsh news yesterday. Treated like some sort of film star. !!!!

I don’t mean to knock the programme, especially as I’m a huge fan of Big Brother!

Are the contestants on Traitors expected to keep their real identities secret? Harriet's is all too easy to find on Amazon. I searched and found many books in the name of Harriet Tyce and, on one of the pages, even her photograph. Has a nyone here read any of her books? I'm almost tempted...

They're all over facebook and instagram. I must admit to not being a Traitors fan, seems like a 15 minutes of fame exercise to be honest.

The contestants have no phone or internet access when filming so they can't research each other, they only know what each other reveals personally. They sign an NDA and can't talk about the show until they are out of it, the NDA restricts what they can ever reveal.

Aw Sam has gone.

TillyTrotter Thu 15-Jan-26 20:37:37

Noticing the rise of Stephen more and more. An interesting choice of jumpsuit he’s wearing.
Sam is looking in danger at the Round table.

I read Harriets book Blood Orange and really didn't like it much anyway so had already decided her books weren't for me.

lemsip Thu 15-Jan-26 19:59:06

It's on again right now!

' Rachel told a big 'lie' about FBI training, as if! '

I meant as if she would tell them if it were true.

Aveline Thu 15-Jan-26 19:37:51

Her behaviour last night is enough to deter me from buying any of her books.

I wouldn’t want Harriet representing me in court if that’s how she behaves under pressure.

I like Stephen and Rachel too. I think Stephen might make it but Harriet might have poisoned others against Rachel.

I'd like to think they both make it and share the winnings.

I thought Harriet's attacks on Rachel both in the chapel and at breakfast were so vicious that they were embarrassing to watch. As others have said, it's a game! Anyway, I'm glad that she and Fiona have gone. You're right, Aveline, Roxy stood up to Harriet very well at breakfast and then later told some of the others how she felt. Perhaps that persuaded some of the others to vote for Harriet - she was asking for it!

I like both Stephen and Rachel and hope they get to the end and keep their promises not to turn on each other.

Perhaps because she is a barrister she is used to persuading others to her way of thinking but she wasn't managing it this time so that made her furious.

Certainly, were I a victim and she was defending the accused, I would not like her questioning me in court. She is aggressive and quite vicious and, as you say, this is only a game!

beachcomber76 Thu 15-Jan-26 13:14:17

Harriet lost her dignity and was nearly hysterical. She lost my respect completely.

MarieElla Thu 15-Jan-26 13:08:46

Harriet's anger and over the top behaviour has put me off reading her books.
She was irrational!

I couldn't understand why she was so furious at them in the chapel. Her so called evidence was just her own impressions, nothing in actuality. I was glad that that girl stood up to her at breakfast.

I have wondered for a while what the second envelope is. They always show it but its never been mentioned when they interview them or in the follow up show.

As for Harriet I couldn't believe she didn't keep her cool. If she had spoken reasonably to Rachel and others like she spoke to Hugo then there was a chance some would have believed her. Not much chance for faithful now and I doubt the traitors will recruit as they seem to have it stitched up.

Millie22 Thu 15-Jan-26 12:02:51

Unfortunately with Harriet now gone that's all the older players out.

I think Rachel may be the oldest now at 40 something. I was hoping that at least Harriet would show older people in a positive way but no she went off the rails.

MarieElla Thu 15-Jan-26 11:48:51

Harriet did a lot to reinforce the stereotype of the menopausal woman!!

Good publicity though. Apparently her book sales have doubled since she has been on Traitors.

Why was she on there? Not for the money , although she claimed it was for charity, as she and her OH are multi-millionaires.

Rachel told a big 'lie' about FBI training, as if!

Classes with a former FBI agent are available online and I think she had already said this before episode 1, so probably true.

Is FBI an anagram for FIB?

I would er on the side of it being true although he/she might have not been a bona fide ex-FBI agent!
I'd rather have lessons from James Bond myself.

Keeleklogger Thu 15-Jan-26 10:53:19

Does anyone know what's in the second envelope on the table at the reveal. There's always two, and they always make a point of showing the other one on the table, but never show if being opened.
