Anyone up for a Traitors thread?

^Rachel told a big 'lie' about FBI training, as if!^

Classes with a former FBI agent are available online and I think she had already said this before episode 1, so probably true.

Is FBI an anagram for FIB?

Goodness me! What an about-turn last night with Harriet! I admired her takedown of Hugo and I was keen for her to win until she went nuclear at breakfast.

In the chapel asking questions of the traitors, I noticed her voice was a little shaky and she mentioned this herself, and said it wasn't because she was nervous but because she was "so angry". But why was she so angry? As she had mentioned before, it's a game. She wasn't in court, prosecuting an alleged murderer.

Then this anger seemed to continue to brew overnight resulting in her scary explosion over breakfast which made me feel uncomfortable. No wonder Rachel admitted later that she was shaking.

Then at the round table, she seemed to have no definite points to make to back it all up. Then she started throwing other names out. It all seemed very haphazard and not at all what I was expecting from her.

I am going to rewatch it today before the next episode to see if there's anything I've missed.

For a barrister used to presenting cases calmly but ruthlessly in court, Harriet lost the plot, lost her cool and became very angry. Not a pleasant sight.
I'm glad she's gone and hope her plans backfire.

I’ve just watched, and agree. She seemed quite unhinged. It’s a game, not life and death.

Harriet lost the plot and done a 'Fiona'

Amanda got voted out because she told Rachel she was an ex detective causing Fiona to lose the plot just as harriet has now done..

I'd murder Jessie at once for being irritating!

😂
Just for that open mouth thing she does.

MiniMoon Wed 14-Jan-26 21:38:09

They don't. Adam is the only one without a shield, so watch this space.
Tomorrow will be quite a revelation.

Oreo Wed 14-Jan-26 21:37:04

They don’t know and are taking a chance that the murdered one doesn’t have a shield but my guess is that they will have one and will turn up at breakfast.Taking Matt as a traitor would have been the best bet.
Harriet had zero evidence so it was beyond bizarre unless she hated being there and just wanted to leave?

Millie22 Wed 14-Jan-26 21:27:35

Why did Harriet basically give up? and how do the Traitors know that the person they choose tonight doesn't have a shield.

Slightly confused 🤔

Maggiemaybe Wed 14-Jan-26 21:22:36

No. I’m completely baffled!

Smileless2012 Wed 14-Jan-26 21:17:39

I'm not convinced Rachel's telling the truth. Does anyone know why on earth Harriet did that? confused

TillyTrotter Wed 14-Jan-26 21:12:32

What does anyone think about the reveal that Rachel had FBI training before coming into the show? IT’S A TV GAME!

TillyTrotter Wed 14-Jan-26 21:10:43

I thought tonight’s episode ended brilliantly. Stephen is a lot more astute than I thought previously and took the lead in the turret when Rachel was still reeling from Harriet’s full-on attack on her character tonight.
To be honest it lost me a bit with the 3 teams and the amount of shields amongst them preventing murder.
Can’t wait to see the fall-out tomorrow night.

I thought Amanda came across as complacent and a touch arrogant.

Aveline Mon 12-Jan-26 17:00:56

I liked Amanda from the start. It's a shame she was banished

nanaK54 Mon 12-Jan-26 10:52:23

Amanda was on BBC Breakfast this morning, she came across really well.

Her colour choices scream, 'Look at me'!

I love that she's colourful- too much dowdy grey in this world. Bring colour back I say!

TillyTrotter Mon 12-Jan-26 08:45:35

Sam Thompson who won I’m Celeb 2023
had a similar personality (and ADHD) and was uninhibited with extreme body actions at times ie jumping up on Tony Bellew and wrapping his legs around him like an excited child.

I agree 100% Sparkefizz . She’s just being herself.

Sparklefizz Mon 12-Jan-26 08:06:22

My son, who works with neurodivergent children, thinks that Jessie is perhaps mildly ND and learnt as a child to express her emotions by throwing herself around because of her severe speech impediment whereby she couldn't always verbalise what she was thinking/feeling.

BlueBelle Mon 12-Jan-26 07:56:02

I really like Jessie I don’t think she’s attention seeking at all I think she’s just a ‘bottle of pop’ type of person
