You would rarely be out of work on Corrie, Anybody can walk in off the street and start to work there. I wouldn't know how a till worked, but they all do. Also, making coffee etc.

Sarnia the solicitors do likewise. It makes me laugh to see them discussing clients cases in the pub or Speed Dahl.

The writers aren't great on details like that. I'm always surprised when the police are discussing confidential matters in the Rovers or when Roy's Rolls is understaffed they drag the nearest person behind the counter to start work. No hand washing or qualifications in food & hygiene necessary it seems.

I agree too that poor Todd was so thoroughly manipulated and coerced by Theo he can't envisage a life without him. It is so hard for anyone who has not experienced this type of control to understand how much it impacts on your life.

I think Todd’s reaction is really hard to understand for those of us fortunate enough not to have ever been in a controlling, violent relationship, but I have read that the storyline writers had a lot of input from various charities which help victims, so perhaps his reaction is more common than we think.

Tosh! Absolute tosh. How Todd could say he wanted that monster back again is ridiculous. Hope Carl killed him as they had some fight and Ronnie just found him. That way the two of them got what they deserved.

I wondered about Theo’s wife too.
The killer presumably will be someone who is definitely scheduled to leave the programme so those judged to still have
‘mileage’ in them, storylines-wise, will be spared.

I thought Summer yesterday had a slightly shifty look, but then that was probably deliberate to keep us guessing which character hated Theo the most.

I have no idea. In the past I would have had theories, but these days I just don’t have headspace for Corrie any more. It’s not that my life has moved to a higher plane - it absolutely hasn’t 😂. It’s that the storylines have stopped pulling me in so much.

I do care about Todd, however, and hope he is not involved in Theo’s death.

It was certainly unusual behaviour for George. He’s usually in his undertaker’s garb whether he’s at work, in the pub or at home watching tv. It was out of character for him to wear a casual jumper never mind change it for another one.

Christina mentioned it to be sure we noticed. So, hopefully that means it’s a red herring to put us off the trail of the real killer.

I on;ly hope that Todd din't kill him although he had many reasons ro do so after the way he was abused mentally and physically.

I wish we had one hour episodes, even if it only runs twice a week. We may have a better understanding of the rubbish shown.

The Jodie story is a complete mess and deeply uninteresting.
I’ve enjoyed Meghan being proper nasty though but young actor playing Will really isn’t up to the task which is such a shame. There are still some great performers, all the old schoolers: Debbie, George, Glenda, Christine and they keep Corrie Corrie!
So glad to see the end of Theo! Hated him since his first appearance in the cafe in his vest 🤦🏻‍♀️😂
