Corrie 2026 (continued).

I too wonder what evidence there is against Summer.

Is it just the dropped brooch?

It would have been Billy’s 22nd birthday apparently.

At the risk of sounding heartless, Sarah doesn’t need a reason to have a drink, must take after Granny Audrey.

She and Todd do mention him now and again.

Re Daniel.

I was expecting the head teacher (can’t remember her name) to appear and take charge of Daniel’s meltdown.

But nowhere to be seen, or any other staff member.

Im confused as to why Adam thinks Summer should plead guilty to manslaughter. There is no evidence that Summer murdered Theo. The case wouldn't even get to court.
Why are they suddenly having a remembrance drink for Billy. He died over 20 years ago and has never been mentioned for years.

"Take up thy bed and walk" - didn't David once have epilepsy?

He certainly did and both Nick and Shona have brain injuries

Good luck with last night's episode

"Take up thy bed and walk" - didn't David once have epilepsy?

Still waiting to watch last night's episode!

Blimey if Daniel is in the state he's in because he made an error of judgment in getting involved with Megan - how will he cope when he finds out about Jodie?

I’m puzzled as to when Daniel moved from the STC to Wetherfield High school 🤔🤔

I’ve got it (don’t tell anyone 🤫). I’ve told the scriptwriters they can have it back if they stop having silly storylines and bring back the humour and domestic drama.

Dear goodness what a horrible episode...

Daniel has completely lost it

Lily and Jake I have no words for that pair

Hope hmmm what was with the hand holding

Why is it that we only ever see the locker area of the school

Poor Summer, I am increasingly disappointed in both Tyrone and Ronnie

Don't like the new gangster is his name Idris not sure?

Swain needs to go back to cop school

Who has the phone, no idea, hope it is not Gary

Aveline

Ooh. So who's got the phone? Kit?

No idea, I’ve lost track……

Ooh. So who's got the phone? Kit?

Correction, Lily Platt did seem regretful when she realised how upset Daniel was.

Well done Hope, but surely another teacher should have been fetched to deal with it?

Daniel isn't half overacting! I'm not even sure what it's all about. He was taken advantage of by that woman. Why should people troll him about that? Storm in a teacup but mainly, I suppose, to highlight the damage online trolling can do. I still don't know Jodie's game unless she's just a compulsive wrong doer.

What a nasty child Lily Platt has become.

She’s worse than Hope.

‘Take up thy bed and walk’

This applies to many Corrie residents.

1) Ty and his wheelchair/ legs.

2) Jack and his leg amputation.

3) Ryan and his acid attack.

4) Carla and her kidney transplants.

5). Tracy and her kidney transplant.

6)Tim and his heart trouble.

7) Carl and his numerous near death experiences.

8) Summer and her diabetes.

All of these, huge story lines at the time, then totally never warrant a mention now.

Very true. These are the everyday stories that Corrie should include to bring back some realism.

How many dressing gowns has Sarah got?

And Ty’s made a good recovery considering that not so long ago he was in a wheelchair and despairing of ever walking again.

Carl looked the picture of health considering his horrible injuries.

Poor Tyrone. He's a very decent man and seems riddled with guilt. I'm sure he'll do the right thing.

Well, last night revealed that Ty somehow dropped the jack accidentally on Carl, panicked, and Ronnie stepped in to sort it, (taking Carl to hospital).

The last we saw of Carl was him at death’s door (yet again), but now he is back, out and about, listening in at secret conversations down the ginnel, ready to blackmail someone again.

And no one is surprised to see him! No ‘OMG, he’s recovered!’

Someone please let Debbie know.

Sarnia

Oh, Tyrone! He has been looking shifty ever since Lisa asked him to corroborate Summer's alibi. Looks like there is someone else in his life. Another Corrie guessing game of who that might be. I think I can safely rule out, Rita, Maggie, Tracey, Evelyn and Bernie.

What about the car that dropped on Carl?

Who did that?

🤷‍♀️

I mean, who works at the garage?

Is that why Ty is not saying he saw Summer?

I'm not sure now. I thought Tyrone had sneaked off for a clandestine meeting with a woman but it seems he and Ronnie have something shifty going on. All overheard by Carl who will be delighted to have something on his beloved step-father.

Aveline I couldn't agree more. Are we not the lucky ones, continuously on the move and mostly a blank spot with so much going on. How to keep customers without really trying.

Oh no! World cup then Wimblebore plus God knows how much golf and athletics to disrupt our TV viewing coming up.
