The Fabulous Funeral Parlour

Husband was recently cremated and although there were things about it that were twee, overall the undertakers were kind, sensitive and although a lot of money I had the cheapest option.
They were already holding his body on behalf of the Coroner.
I did look briefly at Pure reviews but didn’t like the idea of bodies hanging about at regional morgues.im even thinking of specifying I don’t want this in my will because I don’t fancy being on ice in a some place no one knows me. Ugh!

I watched the whole programme. The positives for me were how much Hayley cares for the deceased and her team. I loved the favourite phrases mementoes

Totally agree. So far we are the only 2 members who dont judge a book by its cover. Shame on you who do.
If I were to have a funeral I know that she would dearly care for my body.

I saw about 5 minutes of it. The woman with plumped-up lips and false nails, talking to the deceased as though they were merely asleep (as she said so) put me off watching any more.

I saw a clip on TikTok, and thought it was awful ( not least because of the trout pout!)
I couldn’t help thinking that such enforced jollity on the part of the potential deceased is just a form of denial.

I saw a trailer about this programme - that was quite enough !

I accidentally switched over to it and saw it for about five minutes. I thought it was horrible.
