Thank you Wyllow, that was beautiful. I love the music of G. F. Handel, but I hadn't heard that song before, it's lovely.
May I add another? This is one of my favourites, sung here by the late Kenneth McKellar.

Both are beautiful arias. My parents were great fans of Kenneth McKellar. He had a fine and much underrated voice, I think.

Wonderful to have a thread about Handel. Was it for any special reason?
I couldn’t pick up the second one. Was it When did you see my lady? If I were clever enough I’d add As with rosy steps the dawning (Theodora).
