I can't stand his stupid laugh, but I've watched a few short videos of Jimmy Carr, and he comes across as very empathetic towards people's troubles.

Holly Willoughby had the most terrifying experience - a psychotic man came extremely close to kidnapping her and carrying out his intention of treating her unspeakably and then killing her. She was afraid to leave her home, unsurprisingly, and this was the reason that she left her various roles on TV. Your post made me think that perhaps she is still suffering.
