We also enjoyed it but I’m a bit confused about why
“Philippe” is after Spade, can anyone help please?

I agree that Clive Owen is channeling Humphrey Bogart!

Well wasn’t Spade instrumental in helping to imprison both him and his wife, and of course he “stole” their child?
