Was it actually on BBC ?I see that it's on Netflix, I don't have that but would like to watch it at some point.

I think it’s only been on Netflix.

You can cancel a Netflix subscription at any time.

Most definitely worth watching. A sobering insight into the toxic masculinity and online peer pressure world of some male teens today.

I found it over-hyped.
Following the BAFTAs, I’ll get my coat ….

Sorry Basgetti can't agree with you, Sarnia has put it very well for me.

Fair enough. I think things are worse, in real life.

That's the point, really. It is bringing real life to the public's attention and how the world is for many young male teens. The always excellent Stephen Graham wrote this because he was concerned about the rise in knife crime amongst young boys and the toxic misogyny from the likes of the Tate brothers who have a following of roughly 10million across their social platforms. A YouGov study found 60% of boys aged 6-15 have a positive view of the Tate brothers. If impressionable boys as young as 6 are accessing and admiring these Tate creeps it really does not bode well for the future for girls and young women. Adolescence says it like it is.

I haven't watched it and I don't intend to ... probably because it was "over-hyped"!

I didn't rate it. As someone who worked a lot of young people, their families, CAMHS workers, social workers teachers and other professionals it just didn't ring true. The only episode which rang true for me was the one based in the school- I thought the rest of it was way off.
I just wasn't buying it I'm afraid.

I didn’t like it, and didn’t understand the hype. For me, it was less about toxic masculinity, with far too little focus on a young teenage girl sending an inappropriate photo of herself in the first place. For the photo to then be shared amongst the schoolboys, and for her to be judged on that basis, was surely entirely avoidable.

I agree- the basic premise was lost and became about something else entirely.

I didn't rate it either. I'm fact it irritated me.
