I’ve only watched one episode and can’t follow it. Hopefully it will be come clearer.

We gave up.on it, too many characters and plot lines that we found very hard to follow

Rubbish gave up…..

I’m annoyed that having watched it on channel five I need Paramount+ to watch the next series.
I don’t really like Eve Myles but I thought it got better.

Yes, I watched the first six episodes and then saw it continued on Paramount. Hopefully, it will come to Channel 5 as Series 2. You could sort of conclude from final episode but it does not really pull strings together. Bit gruesome though.

I thought it was brilliant and we're signing up for Paramount to watch the second series.

We are well into this - very good I think quite absorbing.

I knew what the twist was, I worked it out after a couple of episodes, so all my neighbours must have heard me shout I KNEW IT!!! absolutely brilliant, I love gritty thrillers like this, too much cosy crime on TV, enjoyed every minute but will have to buy the book now, all 700+ pages of it!!!

I like Eve Myles and liked the series, although I worked out the twist like cookie monster. It is annoying that you have to watch the rest on Paramount. I must admit to signing up.

BE AWARE the first episodes are on free to view TV but the conclusion is on Paramount plus! there should have been a warning

I was sitting on the edge of my seat at the end, a bit infuriating that have to sign up to Paramount + to see the rest. I was confused at the end of series 1,to say the least!

Do you have to pay to watch the last episode of series 1?

We watched it on Channel 5. Have now signed up for a Paramount trial through Amazon for 7 days at a cost of £9.95 (with no adverts.) We shall cancel after the 7 days so will need to watch an episode every night to make sure we complete it in time!

No I watched it on Channel 5 but after the cliff hanger ending it said you had to watch series 2 on Paramount+.

It’s happening to other programmes as well like 1923 on Netflix 😡

the series was originally on paramount, it has been put on to channel 5 with series 2 going out on Paramount which I presume it will come onto C5 soon , unless you are impatient and want to watch it straight away. I watched the first series on Paramount but found it hard time keep up with and who was who.

Snap, CookieMonster! My other half and I kept shouting out films it reminded us of, not least 'Three Faces of Eve' (multiple personality) and Chinatown ('She is your sister and your mother'). Very hacked off at having to pay Paramount for further episodes, not least because I find the detective's 'rocky marriage' story boring. And a bit of a con with the Paramount paywall.
