Wasn't it interesting.

It's incredible how they have found so many records and what a great collection of inhabitants.

It was a quirky house. It's amazing the records he is able to access. I did my family tree and it's so difficult to get more info. His series are always fascinating.

I loved these series.

I watched the first episode. What a beautiful and quirky house and such interesting characters.

I’m found myself wondering what the starting point is for David Olusoga’s research.

Did he, for example, start with sculptor Sir John Steel and happened to discover that he grew up in a house that has had other interesting occupants (including his father) and with current occupants who were happy to take part?

It can’t just be pot luck.
