I dipped in and out as 76 was a memorable to me but the ones I heard weren’t anything I recognised apart from Midge Ure disappointed.

It was a great year for music, as were the whole of the 70s. I was 21, and had just met my OH. A great year all round!

This was a great show, very nostalgic. Such a variety of music from Abba to the Wurzels to the Sex Pistols! Reminded me of the days when we all sat down to watch Top of the Pops as a family.
