Everlasting love was the soundtrack to my first broken heart, thought it was the worse thing that could ever happen to me. I was as wrong about that as I was about the boy who dumped me, looking back he was not worth the tears.

Oh goodness, I remember him lead singer with the Love Affair, I was still at school. I think he was thought of as a "Mod" and still only a teenager when they became succesful with Everlasting Love. Yes very popular at the time I can remember liking their songs along with Amen Corner. It doesn't seem that long ago, but it was of course. I'm sorry to hear he's died, forever young is how I remember him.

We saw AFL years ago at The Sage, Gateshead. He was brilliant, but so changed looks wise, that he joked with the audience that it really was him.

Great song: Andy Fairweather Low is still performing and I would recommend him to you if you have the opportunity.
