I shall feel very sad watching his last GW tonight. I’ll miss settling down with a glass of wine to watch Monty at Longmeadow with Ned and his calm and gentle approach to my favourite activity. Whoever they choose to replace him it won’t be the same.

Thank you, Monty. You will be missed.

No it won’t be the same merlot but I expect in time we will get used to the new presenter.

We'll miss Monty and Ned in our house but we wish him well for the future.
