Omg what a film. Its heartbreaking ๐
Based on a true story about Olympic athlete Louis Zampini who was captured by Japanese during the 2nd WW.
I was in tears at some of the scenes....positively evil people, inflicting totally unnecessary cruelty on captured service men. One Japanese solider in particular was beyond words with his evil ways!!
If you want a powerful film this is one to watch. It starts slow then all hell let's loose!!
Thank you Pipin for everything.
Should I have been a better person?
