Just heard on the radio that the current minimum wage of £6.31 for those over 21, is actually worth the same as it was in 2004, if you take inflation into account.

So it is to all intents and purposes 10 years behind!

The minimum wage has been discussed a lot in Parliament.

There is the distinct possibility that it will rise to around £7 an hour. Maybe in the next Chancellors Statement' certainly looking positive IMHO.

Good gracious! Osborne has come up with something I approve of - increasing the minimum wage. He must be feeling rattled or something. But good
