Accession’s West Ealing Community Shop has developed a reputation for affordable fashion. As the Manager you’ll create a well-presented shop where customers enjoy great service as well as providing training opportunities for people who are marginalised in the labour market. Prominent amongst this marginalised part of the population are people with learning disabilities, people with physical disabilities and people with mental health needs.
We are looking for someone special who is experienced in all aspects of fashion retailing,who enjoys helping customers and has an interest in working with people with disabilities.
We are inviting applications from those who have relevant experience, an artistic/creative flair for fashion, have good communication skills, as well as be able to inspire and build effective relationships with the trainees.
Other duties will demand an organised person who is happy to help with all tasks that comes from running a busy shop.
This position will require an enhanced disclosure certification.
