With all due respect, having read your website, if you charge your clients £30 per day for the "live-in care" for one dog, how would this equal to "excellent rates of pay" for the sitter - after deduction of your agency fee, whatever that may be - who would need to register as self-employed, do all his/her own accounts and submit an annual tax return (as well as provide his/her own food) ... all for less than £30 a day?

I don't mean this in an offensive way at all, but that's not what I would call excellent pay.
