Hi - I am doing a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching (life coaching) and I am looking for some volunteers to practise my skills on! It doesn't matter where you live as I can coach by phone or by Skype. Life coaching can help with problem solving, with making decisions or making changes with your life. For example, I have worked with individuals who were looking for a new approach to weight management and others who wanted to improve their self confidence. Coaching can also be helpful for people going through a significant life change, such as divorce, injury, moving to a new area or adjusting to an empty nest. Many people want to make changes to their lives but lack motivation; coaching can help with this.
