Thank you all (except Cyrille although I have no idea what the post was as it is gone).

Linkedin was going to be next on the list, and hadn't seen fish4jobs before.

Any more suggestions welcome.

I found my most recent job through Linkedin. At interview, the panel said that they were proud that theirs was a very young company, and that they had actively recruited young, dynamic people (I AM a bit manic, but not sure I count as dynamic!).

At which point, I politely coughed and asked why, out of all the applicants, they had picked ME (because at this point, they'd offered me the job on the spot).

They said it was the strength of my CV and the breadth of my experience.

Either that, or they were lying about having a LOT of other applicants! wink wink wink

Anyway, my POINT was, Linkedin. You can post a photograph of yourself so they can SEE how old you are. Anyone that contacts you knows you're an older applicant. Worked for me.

Just browsing on fish4jobs but haven’t looked at an agency yet.

I know it is difficult due to discrimination rules, but there used to be some that specifically advertised for older people. I am wondering if they still exist in a different guise.

Someone out there must know.

Ohmother you too?

Hello, first post here. I am wondering if anyone can suggest a job agency that is good for older people with a background in admin, booking travel, database etc. ?

(I usually post on MN but really should be on here due to age grin).
