Method1. Cook 4 turkey steaks in the oven for 10 mins.2. After 10 minutes take out the steaks and add tomato puree mozzarella, goats cheese (or any cheese you prefer), sweetcorn, mushrooms, chopped peppers, mushrooms and onions. If any of the toppings are not to your taste you can add or remove any. Put back in the oven for a further 10 mins. 3. Remove and serve with salad. | |||||||||||||||||||
