Ingredients4 lean pork chops3 tbsp French or other mild mustard 1 tbsp runny honey 1 crisp eating apple 75g Cheshire cheese 2 sage leaves, chopped Sage leaves to decorate |

Method1. Grill the pork chops under a hot grill for 4-5 minutes then turn over. 2. Mix the mustard and honey together thoroughly and spread two thirds over the chops.3. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes. 4. While the chops are cooking, grate the apple and the cheshire cheese. Mix together with the remaining honey/mustard mixture and chopped sage leaves. 5. Pack onto the chops and cook under the grill for a further 1-2 minutes until all melted and golden. Serve with mashed potatoes and buttered leeks and carrots | |||||||||||||||||||
