Ingredients

Pasta (4 small handfuls for 4 people)
1 jar pesto sauce
1/2 jar sun-dried tomatoes
1 block feta cheese

Method

1. Cook pasta as per instructions on the packet, drain and stir in the jar of pesto.
2. Snip the sun dried tomatoes into strips and chop the feta roughly into cubes, stir into the pasta, reheat and serve. Very quick!

This is a great store-cupboard dish for unexpected guests as all the ingredients last for ages, it really quick to make, it looks colourful and tastes great.
