Ingredients8 carrots1 clove garlic 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley 1 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp onion powder (or a bit of green onion or sweet onion) Pinch of salt, to taste |

Method1. Put the carrots in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.2. Add the garlic, parsley, tahini and apple cider vinegar and blend until it forms a puree.
