Ingredients

170g (6oz) margarine
170g (6oz) caster sugar
170g (6oz) self-raising flour
3 eggs
3 bananas
Vanilla essence

Method

1.Mash up bananas then blend everything together at once with a hand mixer.
2. Put into a lined loaf tin. Bake.
