Ingredients1 medium can apricots1 orange jelly 1/4 litre (1/2 pint) water 1/2 litre (1 pint) carton double/whipping cream 28g (1oz) butter 1 tbsp golden syrup 55g (2oz) cornflakes |

Method1. Sieve or liquidise the apricots.2. Dissolve jelly in the water - add apricot juice - then sieved apricots. Leave to set 3. For the topping - whip carton of cream and put on top of jelly. 4. Melt butter and golden syrup. Bring to boil - allow to go cold and then add cornflakes until syrup mixture is incorporated. Spread over cream. Put in fridge to set. | |||||||||||||||||||
