Ingredients

4 eggs
55g (2oz) grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Sea salt and black ground pepper
Mayonnaise
Watercress
Radishes (optional)

Handy Hint

Children can help once the eggs have been boiled by an adult.

Method

1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and remove shells. 2. Cut each egg in half lengthways and scoop out the yolks.
3. Mix yolks with cheese, mustard, salt & pepper and moisten with mayonnaise
4. Pile the mixture back into the whites. Arrange the stuffed eggs on watercress and decorate with radishes.
